Larry has experience in various litigation matters in both state and federal courts. His work includes the representation of trucking and transportation companies in many facets, but focusing on serious injury and complex litigation. He also represents a wide variety of product manufacturers and businesses in personal injury cases. Additionally, Larry has extensive experience in the area of insurance law, primarily handling coverage and bad faith matters.
David Hoffman joined Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard in 2003. He focuses his practice in the firm’s products liability and general litigation areas. David has experience working on a variety of sports injury lawsuits, including issues related to supervision, faulty equipment, and the applicability of waivers. Prevention of sports-related injuries and lawsuits is of keen interest to him as well. As such, he lectures on risk management issues to a variety of local businesses and recreational professionals.
Natalie Kussart joined Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard in September of 2007 as an associate. Previously, she worked for the firm as a summer associate in 2006 and as a law clerk during her second and third years of law school from 2005 to 2007. Internally, she serves as the chair of the Technology Committee and as a member of the Trucking Subcommittee. She was named as a Rising Star by the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers publication in 2009.
Brittany is licensed to practice law in the states of Missouri and Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
Tim Niedbalski joined Sandberg Phoenix in September of 2007 as an associate. Previously, he worked as a summer associate in 2006. In 2010, Tim was named one of the St. Louis Business Journal’s “30 Under 30,” an award given to young professionals with a high level of professional achievement and community involvement.
